What is DVD-to-SVCD?

As DTS needs enough temp space during the conversion, you can click "setup" button and choose an larger hard disk to store the temp folder.
Because of the inadequate space on the hard drive where the target files are located, it may also give such hint. Then please click "target" button to save the target files to a directory with enough disk space.
The VCD can not be played!
First,please check if there is a file named mpegav\avseq01.dat or mpeg2\avseq01.mpg on the VCD/SVCD.Then play the VCD/SVCD with software players such as PowerDVD,WinDVD. Or play it with a CDR/CDRW COMPATIBLE standalone DVD player.
How to backup a DVD to VCD?
Just put the DVD disc into DVD drive,blank CD-R/RW into CD writer. Click "option" to set target to "VCD",click "Copy" and after hours you will get the VCDs,very easy to use!

It is the sound adjust for some speciel DVDs. You can change it if you VCD or SVCD have a sound speed problem.
What 's function the "Burn driver" in the options ? Which one should I select ?
It is the style of your DVD burner.Most of the burner is the default one, "generic-mmc" . Not need to change if your burner run normally.
May I select a sound track?
Yes!click "option" to set the sound combo box before click "Start".
What is the limitation of the trial version DVD-to-SVCD?
Trail version only can make 30 minites movie to SVCD/VCD. That means you can only burn 1 disc with a trial version.
How to upgrade?
Just install the new version to the directory of previous version.(c:\program files\DVD-to-SVCD).

What is the difference between VCD and SVCD?
VCD is Video CD,SVCD is Super VCD,they are different Video CD standard,the main difference between them is the picture quality.SVCD's quality is much better.Most DVD players support both of them.
